Mixed fleets and awkward substrates
A depot fleet is rarely uniform. Panel vans, tipper bodies, box bodies, curtain-siders, trailers and plant all need different approaches: cast film on smooth panels, specific media for curtain-sider PVC, and printed panels or bolt-on boards where a body surface is riveted, corrugated or too rough to hold vinyl reliably.
We survey the yard first, list the vehicles by body type, and specify per type rather than pretending one solution fits everything. That survey also catches the vehicles where livery is a waste of money — a tipper due for disposal in four months gets magnetics or nothing.
