Exhibition work is deadline work. The stand goes up on a fixed day in a fixed hall and nothing about that moves, so the graphics have to be right first time and on site early. We produce stand graphics, roller banners and fabric displays for events at the SEC, Hampden, hotel conference suites and trade halls further afield.
Typical turnaround
5–8 working days to delivery
Areas we cover
Glasgow, Rutherglen, Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Paisley and most of Scotland
Roller banners remain the most-used format: cheap, reusable, and easy to store and transport. Pop-up systems with magnetic panel graphics suit recurring shows. Tension fabric displays — printed dye-sublimation onto stretch fabric over an aluminium frame — pack down small, travel without creasing and give a seamless full-width image.
For custom stand builds we print panel graphics to the contractor's CAD drawings, allowing for frame overlaps, fixing zones and the sightlines of neighbouring stands.
Designing for the hall, not the desk
Graphics that look great on a monitor often fail in a hall. Anything below waist height is blocked by visitors, and text under about 60mm is unreadable at aisle distance. We push the key message into the upper two-thirds of the stand, keep the headline to a handful of words, and leave the detail for printed material rather than the wall.
Lighting in exhibition halls tends to be strong and cool, which washes out pale colours — deep, saturated backgrounds hold up much better across the width of a hall.
Deadlines, reprints and reuse
Tell us the build day and we work backwards to an artwork deadline with contingency, rather than printing on the last possible morning. Graphics are delivered to your office, the stand contractor or the venue as required.
Panels are produced so individual sections can be reprinted between shows — you refresh the messaging panel rather than the whole set, which makes a recurring exhibition programme far cheaper over a year.
What we specify
Dye-sublimation printed stretch fabric
Roller banner and pop-up panel media
Foamex and correx panel graphics
Magnetic and hook-and-loop mounted panels
Anti-scuff laminated media for transported panels
How we deliver the work
1. Stand and venue check
We start from the stand plan and the venue's rules: height limits, rigging restrictions, wall type and whether you have a shell scheme or space-only pitch.
2. Kit selection
Roller banners, pop-up systems, fabric SEG frames or panel graphics — chosen against how often the stand travels, who is building it and how much space you get in the van.
3. Print and build
Fabric graphics are dye-sublimated for a matt, glare-free finish under exhibition lighting; rigid panels are printed and mounted, then trial-assembled in our unit before they leave.
4. Delivery or install
Kit ships in wheeled cases with a build sheet your team can follow, or we install on site during the venue's build-up window.
What affects the price
Every job is priced to the site, so we don't publish a fixed list. These are the main things that move the price. Send photos or measurements and we'll give you a clear, itemised quote.
Stand size and number of panels
Reusable hardware vs single-event graphics
Turnaround before the event date
On-site installation or delivery only
Typical turnaround
Roller banners and pop-up graphics from approved artwork are typically ready in two to four working days. Full stand builds need one to two weeks, and we always fix a production date that clears the venue's build-up deadline.
What makes a good result
Fabric rather than gloss vinyl under exhibition spotlights, to kill reflection
Trial build before dispatch, so nothing is discovered at the venue
Key messages kept above table height where they stay visible in a crowd
Cases and build sheets that let non-specialists put the stand up correctly
Standards, materials and compliance
The detail we work to on every job of this type — checked at survey, recorded on the specification and evidenced on request.
Venue regulations
Fire-rated fabric and rigging rules differ by venue — checked against the organiser's manual before production.
Materials
Tension fabric, roller banners with cast graphics, and reusable modular systems built to travel and re-erect.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance do you need artwork?
For a standard stand package, one to two weeks before build day is comfortable. Tell us the date early and we will set an artwork deadline with contingency built in.
Can you print to our stand builder's drawings?
Yes. Send the CAD or panel schedule and we will produce to the visible sizes with allowances for frames and overlaps.
Are fabric graphics washable?
Dye-sublimation fabric graphics can generally be gently machine washed cool and re-hung without ironing, which is a major advantage over vinyl for repeat use.
Can you deliver directly to the venue?
Yes, to the stand contractor or the hall's delivery process, labelled per the organiser's requirements.
What is the difference between a pop-up and a fabric SEG stand?
A pop-up uses magnetic panels on a concertina frame and is quick to build. An SEG stand uses a push-fit silicone-edged fabric graphic in an aluminium frame — it packs smaller, looks seamless and lets you change the graphic without replacing the frame.
Can you reprint graphics for a stand we already own?
Usually. Send us photos and the frame make or dimensions and we will match the graphic size and fixing type, so you replace the printed panel rather than the whole system.
